From the Designer: "With my old plastic bangles, I made this beautiful bangles project. I used ribbon and foam sheets. This project is very easy and low coast. Materials I used for this project it's easily available in the dollar store. What you need 1) Plastic Bangles 2) Ribbon 3) Foam sheets 4) Beads 5)Glue First need to wrap the bangle with ribbon.
