Spicy Pickled Cauliflower: Tasty. I liked the hint of sweetness, but I think I would up the amount of vinegar a little for a touch more "bite." The bright yellow color was a bit crazy. I'm not sure I'd add the turmeric next time. I used a jalapeño cut into rings instead of a serrano, and it gave it a nice little kick.
