• 1 Lebanese cucumber
• 20 g Parsley, packed fresh leaves
• 3 stalks Parsley
• 1 Spring onion, medium
• 2 Tomatoes, ripe
Condiments
• 1 Classic hummus
• 4 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Maple syrup
• 1 Savoury mango pickle
• 60 ml Tahini
Baking & Spices
• 1 Black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground
• 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
• 3 tsp Cornstarch / cornflour
