🏋🏻‍♀️Equipment: You'll need a moderately heavy to heavy kettlebell to complete this workout. I used a 12kg but you may want to use something heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
⏱Time to Complete: 30+Minutes
How it’s done: Complete each exercise in the superset for 30 seconds with no rest between movements and 30 seconds rest between supersets. Complete each circuit for 2 rounds.
(A) 30 seconds work/no rest
(B) 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest
