Ingredients:
• 6 tbsp sugar
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tbsp butter
Method
1. Roughly whisk together sugar, cocoa powder and flour till well combined.
2. In a saucepan set over medium heat, cook the milk and butter together.
3. Once the butter melts completely, dump in the dry mixture and whisk continuously.
4. Keep whisking till you reach the desired consistency. Ideally the sauce should be a little thick but pourable. Remember that the sauce will thicken more as it cools.
