Here's the thing, cheese is in season ALL YEAR and THANK GOD for that, but I love creating seasonal cheeseboards. With summer cheeseboards, there has to be lots and lots of fruit. It's just kind of the perfect time, cheese + fruit are a magical pairing.

Half Baked Harvest

Ingredients

Meat
• 6 oz Salami and or prosciutto, fresh
Produce
• 1 Figs, fresh
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 Grapes and or cherries, fresh
• 2 pints Heirloom cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup Herbs, fresh
• 1 Peaches
• 1 Rosemary, fresh
• 12 oz Strawberries, fresh
• 1 small handful Thyme + basil, fresh
Condiments
• 1 Fruit/pepper jellies, spicy
• 1 Green olives
• 1 Honey
• 1 cup White balsamic vinegar
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Honey or coconut sugar
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 1 Vanilla beans
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 Walnuts, toasted
Snacks
• 1 Bread and or crackers, toasted
Dairy
• 8 1 ounce log herb rolled goat cheese
• 8 1 ounce wedge gorgonzola or blue cheese, wedge
• 8 oz Burrata cheese, fresh
• 8 oz Manchego cheese
