• 4 Charred artichoke heart, halves
• 10 Cherry tomatoes
• 1 Fennel
• 1 Fennel offcuts
• 4 Garlic cloves
• 1 Onion
• 1 Parsley, fresh
• 1 Parsley offcuts
• 1/2 cup Peas or broad beans, cooked
• 3 Shiitake mushrooms, dried
• 200 g Tomato, ripe
• 200 g Zucchini / courgette
Canned Goods
• 2 Stock cube, vegan
Condiments
• 8 Olives
Baking & Spices
• 1 Black pepper, freshly ground
• 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
• 1 Romano pepper
• 1 generous pinch Saffron
• 1 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 30 ml Olive oil, extra virgin
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 80 ml White wine, vegan
Other
• 200 g 7 oz / 1 slightly heaped cup paella/bomba rice (arborio does good enough job too)
• 10 cm 4" by 20 cm / 8" piece of kombu
