Downward dog is safe during pregnancy, however if you feel lightheaded or dizzy "upside-down" you can try using a chair or wall. If your wrists are bothering you try a small folded towel under the heel of your palms or going down on your forearms. Also, feel free to bend your legs to avoid rounding out through your lower back.
