As summer comes to an end and the new school year at SUNY Oswego begins, it can be a struggle to get back into the swing of things, especially for college students. It’s difficult for students to transition from endless summer fun to the constant stressful stream of assignments, projects, and exams. However, we can make this shift easy for students by planning ahead and developing strategies to stay motivated this semester.
