This is, hands down, the BEST banana cake I've ever had. It's soft, fluffy, moist and rich all at the same time! Once cooled this cake is topped with a totally irresistible lemon cream cheese frosti (Cool Desserts)
Subbed oil for 1 cup apple sauce & subbed 2 cups sugar for cup sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, cup honey and cup vanilla protein powder No eggs so used 9 tbsp egg whites And no lemon zest so subbed lemon juice *also added more lemon juice for more lemon flavor
