because garrett dies ---> billy joins up with Pinkerton in an effort to "atone for his past," in his words, because he blames himself ---> he gets sent to britain on whatever mission he was doing ---> he witnesses the Fall and then encounters sherlock and william and rescues them. i hate this manga #moriartythepatriot
