Try dotting liquid liner between lashes to make them look fuller, or wiggle the tip gently to simply fill in the gaps. Line the inner rim with a nude pencil to make eyes even bigger and brighter. If lining the lower lashes isn’t your thing, sweep neutral shadow just beneath them, and apply a coat of mascara with a small wand. Use a clean brush to blend the shadow outward and slightly upward at the outer corners of eyes.
