This is a recipe for delicious shrimp egg rolls. I use the shrimp from the frozen state, just run under cool water and work with your hands to remove shell. I pick up frozen shrimp on sale and store them in the big freezer up to 6 months. You can also freeze the egg rolls in a plastic bag, just make sure you squish as much air out as you can. You can freeze these, and the dipping sauce, for several months. Enjoy!
