It ended up being the star of the show at a dinner party I hosted a few weeks ago, so I know you’ll love it too 🫶 ▫️2 x 400g tins cannelini (white) beans ▫️120g sun-dried tomatoes ▫️1 lemon, juiced ▫️1 tbsp tomato purée ▫️1 garlic clove ▫️1 tsp hot chilli powder ▫️2 tsps smoked paprika ▫️100ml oil from the sun-dried tomatoes ▫️Handful of fresh basil ▫️Flaky salt to taste (be generous) ▫️2-3 ice cubes Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor (or blender to achieve a smoother consistency) and blend until smooth!
