Garlic Israeli Couscous - 1 1/2 cups whole wheat Israeli couscous, 3 cups chicken broth, 4 cloves garlic, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, juice from 2 large lemons, 4 cups veggies of choice (I used asparagus; recipe site suggests a combo of asparagus & spinach)
