If you every feel out of shape or feel you have put on weight the best way to see the outcome of any results is by noticing how your clothes feel on your body. Looser? Tighter? Are you able to now fit into jeans you couldn't a couple months ago? And truly learn to notice those little difference in your face or body, because I feel as soon as people see a number they freak out and loose focus of any progress they have made.
