Save the seeds and try this recipe:  2 cups pumpkin seeds 1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter  1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt 1/8 tsp garlic salt 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce  Bake at 275 for an hour and store occasionally.  In a hurry? Skip the pumpkin and buy them shelled.  These were a hit at my happy hour party.
