The front has four impressed circular frames surrounded with foliate motifs and containing stamped lions passant. The back has three impressed lozenges containing stamped fleur-de-lys. With tapering double-edged blade of flattened diamond section, the lower portion formed with a pair of diverging fullers flanking a prominent medial ridge on both sides, iron hilt bifocated at the base and pommel, and fitted with ivory grip scales retained by small copper rivets Total length: 33.4 cm. Sheath Leather knife sheath with impressed and stamped decoration. The decoration is divided into two sections reflecting the handle and blade areas. The back has simple panels of impressed diagonal lines. The front has impressed lozenges and foliate motifs with very fine lozenge-shaped fleur-de-lys stamped motifs. There are four suspension slots at the back and one at the front. Production Date: Medieval; 13th-14th century
