Easy High-protein Fluffy Pancakes 🤩
Ingredients: 1 egg, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (180 ml), 1-2 tsp maple syrup , 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix (or regular flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer) (120 ml), 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1. Mix wet ingredients. 2. Add dry ingredients; adjust thickness with yogurt if needed. 3. Cook on non-stick skillet. 4. Just as incredible as it looks 🤩 save save save! sundried tomato & basil pesto pasta salad ingredients: - 2 medium cucumbers, diced - 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, halved - 3-4 grilled artichokes, sliced - handful of sundried tomatoes, sliced - handful of arugula, finely chopped - pasta of choice, cooked and rinsed with cold water to cool - crumbled feta - fresh basil - 1/3 cup pesto of choice - drizzle of olive oil - sea salt - garlic powder - drizzle of the oil from the jar of sundried tomatoes directions: combine everything and toss to coat. store in the fridge for up to a week— taste better the next day!
