12 muffins • Ingredients: 3 mashed bananas 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter (120 ml) 2 eggs 1/2 cup almond flour (120 ml) 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup crushed pecans (120ml / 75g) 1/2 cup 80% dark chocolate chunks (120 ml/ 85g) • 1. Mix the bananas, peanut butter and eggs together 2. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir to combine 3. Fold in the crushed pecans and chocolate chunks 4.
