As with any writing tools, archetypes are really most useful if you think of them as a starying block - you cannot simply reduce people to 12 options.   Most people will show traits from multiple categories. As a writer, you may want to think about each character's primary and secondary archetypes.  As always, remember: Tools, not rules!

I love this so much! I'd suggest if you can't take a walk (say in winter) walk around your house with your ear buds in, and pace. The music will help stimulate your walking pace and increase blood flow to your brain to keep you thinking! I do this all the time and it helps! ☺
