Már gyerekként is odavoltam nagymamám receptjeiért, és még gyerekfejjel el kezdtem leírni ezeket a pompás recepteket. Mindezt egy öreg füzetbe, kézzel írva. Amikor készítem, mindig eszembe jut az öreg konyha, a régi vasból készült tűzhely, a jó sok tüzelőfa, és persze nagymamám.
