Healthy & High Protein 🙌 Macros 💪 • Without milk: 525 cals - 38P - 57C - 15F • With 1 cup soy milk: 630 cals - 45P - 69C - 19F ✨INGREDIENTS✨ • 1/2 cup oat flour • 1 tbsp cacao powder • 1 scoop (40g) chocolate peanut butter cup protein (optional) • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp coconut oil • 8 tbsp soy milk - you may need more or less depending on what type of vegan protein you use! 🥄 Add everything into a bowl and mix to combine! If you don’t have oat flour you can simply make your own by blending up some oats! 🥛 Add soy milk as needed until the mixture becomes mouldable - this will vary based on which protein you use. 😋 Roll your mixture into circles then pop them in the air fryer at 350f for 13 minutes until crispy! 🥰Top with your plant milk of choice & enjoy!!!
