Sivan's Kitchen on Instagram: "Cheesy Phyllo Ribbon Pie 🤌 This dish is put together in minutes, so delicious and perfect for hosting or bringing to any potluck. Ingredients: 🧀Leftover cheeses (any variety, shredded or crumbled) 1 cup sour cream/1 cup cottage cheese/1 cup crumbled feta/ 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice 🥚2 eggs 🌾1 package of phyllo dough Cooking spray Sesame seeds (optional) Instructions: Prep the Phyllo: Unroll the phyllo dough and re-roll it into a log. Slice the log into ½-inch pieces. Assemble the Base: Spray a baking pan and layer half of the phyllo slices. Open up the ribbons and let them fall naturally into the pan. Prepare the Filling: Mix all the cheeses you have on hand in a bowl. Add 2 eggs and stir until combined. Add the Filling: Pour the cheese

Maddie and Nonna Fina on Instagram: "These biscuits are delicious and make great Christmas presents! ❤️💚😍 ❤️Ingredients: 500g self raising flour 300g pistachios 100g cranberry 200g sugar 4 eggs 100g butter, melted 1tsp vanilla extract 1tsp vanilla sugar Zest of 1 orange ❤️Method: Beat eggs with sugar. Then add butter, vanilla, orange zest, cranberries, pistachios and flour. Mix then roll out on a floured board into a log. Cut in four pieces and roll out each one. Flatten each long piece on a lined baking tray. Bake for 20mins at 180C. Remove from oven and cut once cool (make sure they are not hot otherwise they will break). Bake in oven again for 20-30mins at 150C - turning halfway through once golden. #nonna #italianfood #italian #biscotti #biscuit #cookies #baking #easy

Bring the water to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Drain and allow the clementines to cool for 20minutes or until easy to handle. 2. Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8-inch springform pan 3. Add the pecans to a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.2️⃣Beat the egg whites. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. We came up with the recipe by accident and it worked #candiedpecans #holidayrecipes #candiednuts Recipe 680 grams pecans or nut of your choice 250 grams icing sugar 45 grams water Optional spice mix 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoons cayenne (or to taste) Pre heat oven to 325F on full fan. If you’re using a no convection oven, preheat to 350F. Mix ingredients until all the sugar is dissolved and forms a thick paste. Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove nuts and break apart with a spoon and sprinkle spice mix. Bake again for 5 min. Let it cool completely before eating."
