Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
1 tbsp avo or olive oil 
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Here is how I made it:
1.Add 3 chicken brsts to a bowl and season with a generous pinch of salt and black pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to soften up the fibers. All you need is a cast iron skillet, a tablespoon of kosher salt, and a chicken! Oven temp can be 425F - 450F. Salt the chicken, heat up the skillet in the oven, add chicken to hot skillet (no butter or oil needed) and roast for about an hour (keep oven at 450) or until meat thermometer reads 165F when inserted into the thigh. You can actually take it out at 160F and it will climb those last five degrees while resting. Let it rest in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove to a cutting board.
