Ingredients: - • 2 blocks of cream cheese - • 4 cups shredded cheddar - • 3/4 cup Rotel (drained) - • 6 slices crispy chopped bacon - • 1/2 cup sliced green onion - Salt & Pepper • Topping: - • 1 bunch chopped cilantro - • Pine nuts - Red & Yellow bell peppers - • Fritos scoops and crackers for serving • Directions: • 1. Mix ingredients together until well combined. • 2. Set the cheese on your serving platter, and mold it into a tree. • 3. Cover the cheese with cilantro. • 4. Cut out a star from the yellow bell pepper, and insert it into the top with a toothpick. • 5. Add a pine but garland, and cut out circles from peppers to make ornaments.
