1hr · 4 servings APPLE PUFF PASTRY DESSERT Ingredients: • 2 Green Apples • 6 tablespoons Honey • 6 teaspoons Pistachios (Ante Pistachios) • 6 pieces Puff Pastry Sheets • Instructions: • - Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking dish. Put 1 tablespoon of honey in each spot. Remember to leave some space between them) • - Place 1 teaspoon of pistachios over the honey and arrange sliced apples on top. • - Put a round-cut puff pastry sheet over the apples, press the edges, and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. • - After baking, flip the desserts and serve by dusting powdered sugar on top. • Bon appétit! (S)

· 10 servings Ingredients: 1 cup frozen raspberries 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut 2 scoops unflavoured collagen 1 cup (150g) dark chocolate chips Method: 👉Add frozen raspberries to a bowl and microwave for 30-60 sec to soften. 👉Add in maple syrup, vanilla, coconut, collagen, and mix to combine. 👉Roll the mixture into 16 balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper. 👉Place the balls into the freezer for an hour to firm up. 👉Melt the chocolate in 30 sec increments until runny.
