Money / dollar bill graduation lei. Took 34 dollar bills, 34 black pieces of card stock and 17 pieces of red card stock. On one of the leis I replaced the red card stock with dollar tree dahlia flowers. I used 2 seperate pieces of string to go through both sides of the folded dollars / paper to keep it from sliding around.
