HomeBrew recipe for an Irish Style Red Ale aged on toasted oak. Malt forward ale with flavors of caramel, toasted malts, oak, vanilla, and earthy hops. Dry-hopped with East Kent Golding leaf hops. Smooth, complex, and easy drinking ale.
