Soft Vanilla Cake
Softest and spongiest vanilla cake you will ever make. Melt in the mouth texture and very easy to make. Credits to ayeshascooks - Instagram Ingredients: • 2 eggs • 3/4 cup sugar • 1/4 cup oil • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 cup all purpose flour • 1 tsp baking powder • pinch of salt • 1/2 cup milk • 40g butter • In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Whisk with a • stand/electric beater until thick and pale in color. Sift in the flour and baking powder. • 2. Boil milk, then mixin the butter. Stir well and pour it in batter. • Mix well until combined and smooth. • Pour in a greased baking tin. • Bake in an oven preheated to 170 for around 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. • 3.
