Bela Bartok: Hungarian composer and pianist, considered one of the most important composers of the century. Through his collection and analytical study of folk music, he was one of the founders of ethnomusicology.
Bela Bartok, a native Transylvanian, and his friend Zoltan Kodaly were two of the top classical composers of their generation, and prior to WWI traveled the Carpathian mountains for years collecting the folk music of the local gypsy tribes.
This is the membership card in the Writers Economic Association of Hungarian poet Miklós Radnóti. It was found in his coat together with other documents and his last, greatest poems in the mass grave of Abda, where he was executed on November
