Put 2 cups of raw pinto beans in bottom of crock pot. Add can of rotel and diced green chilies. Mix in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, minced onion, salt and pepper. Place roast on top, and season the same way. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients and half of roast. (May need to add more while cooking) Cook on high until roast falls apart. Then turn on low & let the spices simmer for a bit! Soooo easy & delicious!!
