Help Wanted bulletin board. Pockets with classroom job descriptions. Write student names on craft sticks and place them in appropriate pocket. Fun and easy way to switch up student jobs throughout the year.
One teacher said, I do this in my gradebook - I get out some markers and color in whatever colors my students ended the day on. I use this to determine their citizenship "grades" for each report card. This one is CUTER, though!

Everyone has those few students in their room who require a little bit more than the regular classroom management strategies. These students need more targeted and frequent positive feedback. That's where my behavior learning targets come in.
