Intersections, A Wooden Cube Art Installation That Explores Boundaries Through Patterns of Light and Shadow. This is a great use of light and space. The cube itself is beautiful but the patterns it throws across the room are incredible in their own right. It's a sculpture and a wall piece in one. I love its simplicity.

"Intersections" by Anila Quayyum Agha is an ornately carved wood cube with an imbedded light source that projects SHADOWS onto gallery walls. The foot cube projects shadows that are 32 - 35 feet.

Scottish sculptor Rob Mulholland has created this art installation at the David Marshall Lodge in Scotland titled Vestige. Mulholland’s idea behind the installation seems twofold: to create a vestige of the people who once occupied the land until following World War I, when they were re-located while forests were planted to generate timber and to make people reflect upon man’s impact on the nature.
